Thread: Tikona wibro connnection not working

i have applied for connection on 7/6/2011
so yesterday they came to my house and installed router at the top of the building and through a ethernet cable they connected to my system...... every thing was fine got connection in my loal area network.... but when i trying to open the login page its loading very slow nearly 3min... sometimes i am not getting the login page its says page not found.......

Guys please help me what to do i am worried whether my will work or not.....

Abhishek is right. Ask for a refund of your installation charges and stay away from Tikona. Be assured if you continue using Tikona, the speeds will be less than a dial up connection.
