Tikona Sucks
Well i took tikona 2mbps plan around 25th may 2011. My cust. ID is 1103820703.
The first 5 days it worked properly and all seemed good. Then the problem started.
After that the net got disconnected randomly every hour or so. Sometimes it used to disappear all together for a few hours. So i lodged a complaint and then another. The tech support that called be later gave some lame reason and told me to just refresh my DHCP & DNS from services.msc
Again it worked fine for a day or two. Then again same connectivity issues. Then around 10 days back it went out completely.
After 12-15 complaints later i'm still no where. An engineer visited my house once, so i have his number. But he too has stopped even picking up my calls. Not to mention the customer care keeps saying yours is marked as a high priority support ticket.
So overall with nearly 50% downtime and pathetic speeds during the remaining time, useless customer care & tech support, i don't see how it can get any worse.
I feel my dial-up connection 7 years back was more consistent and delivered what they promised.
Now i am going to make sure this review is there everywhere and i'm going to SEO the **** out of this thread, so that anybody who searches for tikona finds these reveiws.
I am going to take down all their routers & equipment from my terrace and my friend's terrace to make sure atleast a few hundred people complain about no connection. Already broke one yesterday.
So please stay warned & whatever you do, don't take tikona.![]()
