    Hi,
    I am calling up the Tikona customer since 11th March 2011 for the refund of the amount of Rs. 881/- but no response from their end till now.

    This is regarding the complaint number 1-1748947798 for the refund of Rs. 881.00 (INR). It’s pending since 11th March 2011(complaint No: 1-1738554503), I keep calling for this regularly but no fix. Now your customer support executives are telling that they have already sent, but I didn’t receive the same.

    whenever we call the customer care they used to tell that they have already sent the cheque but they are not providing the Courier Docket Number for tracking.

    Yesterday I got the cheque(Rs. 881.00) after 4 months followup as well as the post in the broadband forum

    plans are cheap..customer response is good..but to work on quality of service..like there network some times goes down.. speed drastically decreases...

    Congrats! At least you got the refund. I applied for the disconnection request last DEcember 2010. I have not yet received the refund (of 2000 INR), and also I have their equipment with me. If any one wants the modem and that roof top unit ?? I have decided not not return the equipment unless and until they give me my money back.
