I committed a grave mistake by subscribing to 6 months of tikona broad band service for which I suffered for 6 months. First of all their service level is 0% I should say and the speed, slow. How slow, please don’t ask. Their customer lines always busy and make you wait on hold for more than 45 minutes. That’s right more than 45 minutes.

I took this connection in Mumbai and after 2 months shifted to Pune. The request to shift the connection to Pune was attended by them after a month and that too after repetitively following up with them. I faced similar problems both in Mumbai as well as in Pune.

Anyone willing to try tikona please I suggest not to subscribe for anything more than 1 month.
