    hi,

    i took time to write this thread reason being, i want to aware ppl in pune how worst tikona service is.

    I was using tikona for about 5 months now, bearing all the **** like low speed, constant disconnections etc, was still running on it as i dont have airtel connection in my area i live.

    My internet gone down on 13th sep 2011, i raised a request to CC same day, he promiced me that tech will visit me same day and will resolve the issue.. 3 days passed, NO ONE called/visited. I called CC again, as usual he promices same thing but with assurance. 3 more days pass.. i been calling them every single day. (6 days so far). i sent an email to nodal officer maharastra. i get a reply with same news "our tech will call u as soon as possible." 10 days passed. i already called CC 13 times, raised email request 3 times. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE SO FAR !!!!

    i asked them to cancel my connection and sed i wont give one single rupee.. No responce so far. Its already been 15 days i dont have internet.

    This is the worst internet provider i ever seen. Dont even try to take it. !!!

    Default No internet since sep 13...

    Hi,



    Sending the request number to the deaf ears yet again. This is seriously the worst service i have ever seen.



    Also to mention Mr. Maruti - +919167979849, who is designated engineer to work in Aundh pune area had called me and promised to fix the internet conenction but fail to visit even after 4 complete days. Although i been calling him every day. Im not sure if ANY engineer works as designated in tikona. Good luck with these worthless hiring !!!

    Default 45 days still no resolution. Most disguisting isp ever seen. This needs to be expose

    Do you even realise what you talking about ? 24-48 hours ? It is been 45 damn days... I will go till the end with this... Will do every possible effort to shut down the most #$!$!'d up internet service provider.

    You will continue to get such mails (sometimes automated). I have somehow never trusted these private operators.

    BSNL is full of babus and useless people. But by far, their service promised what they state. Their main problems are:

    - unauthorized diggings damaging their underground cables
    - unresponsive customer care (unless you know someone, etc. etc.)
    - untrained persons

    On the last point, the technicians simply do not understand PPPoE. On a few occassions, when I had problems at home, the technician would insist on changing my PPPoE configuration to Bridge. He would say that my config is problem before being proven false over and over again.

    Hi..


    I am agree with all the complaints against TIKONA. I m using Tikona for nearly 6 months and I am not happy with my broadband speed, but plan charges are less that is why I am still using TIKONA. There are some problem with speed but I think this Tikona has more problem then other service provider. I called Toll free number 1-800-209-4276 to raised complaint, I came across one new options from Tikona i.e press 1 for technical support (I was accepting that this will not work) I followed the instruction to my surprise call was connected to Engineer, issue was resolved as there was some alignment issue, I was changing the position of CPE and the technical guy was guiding me that this is proper position as the device was catching maximum speed. Till know Net is working fine, hope this will continue. I am thankful for your assistance

    these guys wont even bother to send service engg to our home or not even respond to us properly. But, one thing they do perfectly is collecting the bill. Even if u delay once they will call you 10-15 times a day. Even after u disconnect and stop using it they will keep generating bills for as long as they wish.

    Tikona rocks and it will keep sucking our blo0od. The only solution to this is "EVERYONE SHOULD STOP USING THIS SERVICE' we are paying our hard-earned money and not some white papers or xerox copies. if we are paying so much money, why should we compromise for anything?

    There is not even a single satisfied customer in every place they said they provide service. You cant trust and use them. especially for online payments. donno when it will get disconnected. one of my friend once while paying money, this got disconnected and he lost all the money. so if something is not worth our money why should we tolerate?

    WAKE UP GUYS

    Say "NO" to tikona, the best sucking service.

    New users: plz dont buy the torture. if u still want to give a try, then it is up to U.
