I enquired for the plan, and next day I got 10 different calls from 10 vendors for installation and I really got impressed for quick responses.
I took the plan from Jitender 8860518090, 9671601414. He assured me that the connection will be done on next day. He forwarded my application and I got the ID. However, my mobile number was entered incorrectly, so I asked Jitender to change it, in the mean time I replied to customer care to change it.
Twist in the Story: Once the money was paid, neither Jitender nor customer care reverted!
I escalated the call to Head of Customer care, Mr Sunil Nair, but to my surprise he didn't even bothered to look into the issue.
And Jitender stopped picking up my call.
After calling helpline I got to know they are also good for nothing.
So I am still waiting for God to help me in installing the Broadband.
"Fraudband" is the name suits to Tikona.
