Thread: Misscommitment for Wi-Fi charges asking to pay yearly one time payment.

At the time of taking the connection said that for wi-fi service only Rs 75/- will be charged for every monthly basis.But after taking the connection by paying advanced rental for the plan and instalation charge of Rs 1000/- now they are asking to make the payment of Wi-Fi service in one time payment for advanced of 1 year of Rs 1500/- instead of monthly basis Of Rs 75/-.The reason to take Wi-Fi service is because my Laptop works only through wi-fi service. I made a complaint earlier through phone to get deactivated my service and to pay me back Rs : 1000/- which was taken for the at the time of connection . The c care executive insure me to solve my problame by providing me the Wi Fi system and said me that some one from there end will call me or the connection charges will be returend . Now after these conversation 10 to 12 days have been passed not a single phone call from your end have come to resolve the matter . Kindly solve my issue or to arrange my Connection charges back to me. From the day of activation not a single time I can used your service. If these is your service then sorry to say that It can't sustain more. And if my deposit will not be refund or my issue is not been solved than I will make a complaint in consumer fourm also and to the nodal team too.

The same thing happened with me...Sales Exec commiitted that my Nokia Siemens Wifi Router 1600 will work with Tikona and after installation it is not working on my laptop but working on my iphone4. When i contacted CC they said i need to pay 1500 for this service and when i asked for disconnection and they come up with Rs.75 rental option now and will be activated in 3 days. but i contacted my sales executive and he had given me a number of tech who will make my wifi working and cahrge rs.200. any one know is there any seetings that i can do or any firmaware upgrade...please suggest.
