    Default Tikona Pune - Customer care sucks - Refund needed

    Refund of Payment of Rs. 1654 towards WIFI Router vide payment ref no 1-197625903 on 4th October.

    My login id is : 1104532622

    Registered contact no : 9923897878

    I have made the payment for Tikona to provide me the WIFI router on 4th October, 2011 and till date the wifi router has not been installed at my premises. Details of the payment are given below.

    The customer care is not able to provide me any reason nor any explanation as to why the installation has not been done. Every time I call customer care, I am just assured that the next working day the installation will surely be done. In recent calls I am being put permanently on hold.

    Since installation cannot be done by you - I am now requesting you to refund me back my money.

    I would like to know what is the procedure for obtaining my refund and how many days it will take for the procedure to be completed by your accounts team.

    Kindly Refund me the amount of 1654 rs. that i have paid at the earliest. Let me know if you need any other info from my side.

    Hi Tanveer,
    Welcome to www.indiabroadband.net
    This forum cant do much about your problem as we dont have official representation from Tikona or other broadband providers so posting this issue is not going o help as forum members primarily try and help each other to troubleshoot broadband related issues at the customer end.
    I would suggest you to send an e-mail to the nodal office and see what they say.
