Finally , I disconnected the internet.
Worst thing is, they kept on sending me bills even after disconnection.
Every month they send bill with additional fine . Their customer care people even call and ask for the payment. When I told them that I have already disconnected the internet, why should I pay , they tell me that my line is still not terminated from their side. I asked them to terminate it, but no use.
They don't reply to mails. But I have a proof now (the mails that I have sent to them).
So, if you are facing the same problem, send mails to them so that you have legal proof.
