    Default Tikona Complaints- worst..never take their internet

    I had to stop the Tikona internet service because of their pathetic customer care support and service unavailability. ( Even if their net is not available, they will charge you for the entire month..also, their customer care people will listen to you but will not take any action...veryyyyyyy horrible service..I have experienced it guys..).

    Finally , I disconnected the internet.

    Worst thing is, they kept on sending me bills even after disconnection.

    Every month they send bill with additional fine . Their customer care people even call and ask for the payment. When I told them that I have already disconnected the internet, why should I pay , they tell me that my line is still not terminated from their side. I asked them to terminate it, but no use.

    They don't reply to mails. But I have a proof now (the mails that I have sent to them).

    So, if you are facing the same problem, send mails to them so that you have legal proof.

    TIKONA IS BIG JOKER..

    I called on the 1-800 209 4276 at least 4 times..

    I mailed their nodal officers thrice..

    And now they are "pretending" to help on this forum.. GUys, Beware.. trust me and other people who used their service.. you are inviting headache.. You will loose your hard earned money.... These guys are fooling people.

    I switched to MTNL triband.. and I have no damn single complaint since last 3 months.. It's perfect.

    same here is the situation, TIKONA People will entertain you till your installation after that no one will listen to your complaints. choose anything but never TIKONA

    Default still facing problems

    thanks for reply and thanks to India Broadband Forum

    at least someone has replied.
    the problem of device installed on top of my house has been resolved by tikona engineer on 13 dec 2011.
    For the whole day it works fine but from the evening of 13 dec 2011 after 7:00pm a symbol of limited connectivity again started and till 00:00 hrs it doesn't works. from 16 nov 2011 i am facing the same problem that connectivity goes to "o" from evening to whole night and again started working for whole day, this is the daily schedule of Tikona network. I called so many times to tikona customer care but still suffering from limited connectivity during evening and night.

    below is the details of my connection:

    may be writing here will be able to resolve my problems
