    Default Tikona broadband internet connection -

    My ID is 1102200887 , I have been requesting to discontinue service from 20th oct. Everytime I call customer care I get new service number and they ask me to drop a mail, for which I get no reply
    (when I give reference of this ID to customer care executive they say we DID not get email)

    I have told customer care executive 100's of time that I am moving out of city , please send someone to collect device. When I proposed that I will personally submit it he replied we don't have office in PUNE so you cannot submit it personal y .

    Everytime customer care executive says 48 hours your request will be honour.

    I am tired of calling customer care and moving out of city after 2 days. Hopes that this post will help me.

    I have been using tikona service for more than 1 years without any problem, not sure why they are giving me BIG PAIN at the END.

    Last request ID is
    1-2012642508 (which says I have requested discontinue request on 7-nov where are I started request on 22nd )

    In this world of competition, unnecessarily giving pain to customer (happy ones) is not a good thing.

    Default bill paid

    I have paid the last bill

    Amount 685.7

    Note I am not using connection for more than 1 month now, Bill is getting generated, I gave up calling customer care care.
    Not a single reply to my 3 mail requests to discontinue service.

    I have moved from PUNE, I hope this reply will take care of thing.
