I have told customer care executive 100's of time that I am moving out of city , please send someone to collect device. When I proposed that I will personally submit it he replied we don't have office in PUNE so you cannot submit it personal y .
Everytime customer care executive says 48 hours your request will be honour.
I am tired of calling customer care and moving out of city after 2 days. Hopes that this post will help me.
I have been using tikona service for more than 1 years without any problem, not sure why they are giving me BIG PAIN at the END.

In this world of competition, unnecessarily giving pain to customer (happy ones) is not a good thing.
