Tikona bad network and service

    Default Tikona bad network and service

    Please dont take connection am suffering a lot after taking this TIkona..... I have taken 2MBPS plan for Rs 1499.... Upto 36 GB 2mbps there after 1 mbps.....
    At first I have called customer care 10 times for net not working in that it will take 20mins to connect to the person u can speak to there after u have follow up each time and scold a bit otherwise nothing will happen.

    After I given a request to disconnection they have finally fixed the net which works fine now.... but the speed is pretty bad.... for 2mbps u will get a variable download speed in which it will vary from 10kbps to 240 kbps most of i,e it is fixed to 90 to 120 not more.... And after completing 36GB download limit it reduced to 1 Mbps which is totally **** speed in which u will never get 1 mbps speed I get only 580kbps (download speed of 60kbps).... now again I have placed complaint for this which no body is bother to provide the answer and if u call and ask they will tell u that "u will get only this much if u want 1mbps then u need to take leased line".

    So I have decided to disconnect it forever but for this even I have called 3 to 4 times for updates but not no proper response

    check ur actuall usage may be u have reached fair usage
    ask tikona customer care for fair usage policy

    No there is no fair usage policy but there is Contention Ratio: 1:10 for my plan: ADBB1499

    Well i m using it i m very satisfied.
    How many signals are u getting in the nanostation?
    Well u said u are getting 60kbps and u said the contention ratio is 1:10 ie 1024/10=100kbps appx then its not very bad.

    Good u r satisfied with tikona... I have called the Area manager for the solution and when he visited my site even the Area Manager could not solve this problem. He try to contact Customer Service Executive for asking why am not getting 1Mbps speed and he had put on the loudspeaker of the mobile and the reply came like this "Cool na Sir customer is getting 580Kbps speed this is TIKONA what else more u can get". Immediately I told him this is of no use even ur people only certifying the bad Tikona network/service

    Yes that is what am saying I should get 100Kbps but am getting 60-70kbps...contention ratio is 1:10 is mentioned in the policy then why the hell its giving low speed

    Please let me know what action u guys are taking for solving this. Am still facing the same issue.
