Thread: Refund Of Installation Fee

I have given 1200 rs for installation but they didnt turn up.I called up Tikona Customer Care and for 45 Mins I was on hold.
So Tikona actually forced me to ask for refund of my installation.

Now I have been calling them for refund but they keep on transferring my calls from one department to other.

I want my full refund i.e 1200 rs.

Tikona is the worst service provider.

In cannt even think of being a patron of Tikona ever in my life.
