It is to infiorm that I had applied for Internet service from Tikona on 4th of november 2011 but till date proper internet connection is not provided to me. after complaining for continuous 10 day internet connection on 15th november was installed but with the faulty device which stop working on 16th november.on complaining they didn't gave me an satisfactory answer.
kindly take some action so that i can get my amount back plus the loss of my salary including interest as well as the harassment i had to face. We are calling them on phone but they just pay deaf ear and do not respond.
