    my service id - 1103966124
    name - somdatt batra

    to the concerned authority of tikona broad band services, i had requested for the discontinuation of the services on 25/07/2011 to technical department onthe call centre no 1800-20-94276 and also in the billing department for the discontinuation of the service , as they agree to the request call and promise to call back as the service has been discontinued as per my request as they say,and promise to waver the amount on the bill and ask to avoid the bill charges but after a months time the new bill is generated with a new amount.
    now wats goin on with yr so called services its a rediculous system yr company has after assuring the discontinuation of the services the billing system is still on......you can checkout my usage after 25/07/2011 its nill on my account as i have dicontinued using yr service and also requested the same but your bill are still appearing every month and there is no clear reply from your end.......i have called several times that u can check out on your records as i have called for the same for the discontinuation..........
    so this mail is as a complain to yr companys personal the concerned authority or to whome soever that as i have stopped using your services since 25/07/2011 i am not held responsible to pay any dues there after.......and in case if i do then i am for sure goin to remove all your routers and antennas and all connections from my appartment and will file a case againts your COMPANYS NAME in consumers forum............

    I have been the customer for Tikona Services with
    Subscriber Registration Form number 11000007805373 (Tikona broadband User ID 1113508278) from 30-MAY-2015, and have received VERY PATHETIC Customer Care responses to the requests raised for resolution of the issues raised on complaint no. 1-3536802876.
    WITHOUT THE RESOLUTION OF ANY OF THE ISSUES, I KEEP GETTING AN IRRITATING AND ANNOYING MESSAGE CONFIRMATION STATING THE FOLLOWING - "Dear Tikona Customer, the technical complaint highlighted by you is resolved. Happy surfing!", WHEN IN FACT THE ISSUE IS VERY MUCH ALIVE AND KICKING...
    I am unable to understand the way the Customer care has been callous in responding to the issue raised and WITHOUT ANY RESOLUTION they are happily CLOSING the ticket and sending an annoying confirmation SMS on top of that.
    Being at the Receiving end of a VERY PATHETIC & DESPICABLE customer care response, I have been requesting each time to TERMINATE THE TIKONA SERVICES WITHOUT FURTHER RESOLUTION WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT AND REFUND THE REMAINING AMOUNT.
    Hope you would be able to provide me justice and help the immediate disconnection, with immediate effect and without any further process or any more resolution and refund of the remaining amount.
    I DO NOT ENTERTAIN ANY FURTHER CALLS FOR RESOLUTION IN THIS REGARD AND WOULD REQUEST IMMEDIATE CLOSURE OF TIKONA SERVICES WITHOUT MUCH FURTHER DELAY!!!

    Hi Nair,
    I am NOT surprised at the Pathetic Customer Service that TIKONA has established already. Even after such a stinker mail and escalation NO ACTION has been carried out to INSTANTANEOUSLY TERMINATE AND DISCONNECT the services. Even after repeated polite requests to REMOVE the connectivity from my house Premises, Not even a single Engineer nor anybody from TIKONA has reverted and your team has established a new standard in NON-RESPONSIVENESS!!!
    Hope someone who has the ears to listen and eyes to look at this mail will respond in a sensible way and help me with the immediate DISCONNECTION and RETURN OF REMAINING FUNDS!!!

    Hi Nair,
    With reference to the Disconnection process initiated for Tikona broadband User ID 1113508278 the connection is not being used for more than 20 days and Technical Engineer Narendra - Cell: +918884420602 had visited our home on 09 JUL 2015, for technical feasibility check and found that it was not possible to rectify due to the infrastructure changes happened around my place. Then Area Manager - Sudhir - Cell:+919986025477 had visited for confirmation on 11 JUL 2015 for verification and has found the permanent issue of non-connectivity at my location and has shared his views for disconnection with Tikona.
    I have not been using the Tikona Connection from the day I had escalated the issue and post both Field Engineer and Area Manager visit it has been concluded that the issue cannot be resolved and has been advised for DISCONNECTION. Pankaj Gupta has been advised of the same by both the personnel and till date Pankaj Gupta has not reached out to me for confirming the Disconnection or no Disconnection mail has come from TIKONA whatsoever.
    Hence I request you to kindly share the Disconnection mail and also get it disconnected with immediate effect and terminate my account permanently.

    May I know what is the resolution timelines, as when I had called they said within 10days and the 10 days has been extended to more than a month now. Also When according to your team is 48 Hours getting completed as from the day I logged a complaint the 48 Hours time is still counting from past 15 days and the Official Pankaj Gupta is yet to respond. Also there are no escalation matrix and no proper means of communication to your team to get the right resolution!!! YOU PEOPLE ARE HARASSING INDIANS AND GOD KNOWS NOT WHY YOU ARE BENT ON DOING THIS WITH WHAT INTENT AND MOTIVE!!!

    Why on earth are you people not allowing us to opt for disconnection of the services and / or termination of the account when requested . What is the conspiracy and motive behind holding us and harassing us repeatedly.     After a strenuous ordeal with Mental Harassment from TIKONA DIGITAL NETWORKS - The CPE and other associated peripherals have been collected by *** Mr. Nayaz Ahmed (+919066163581) from ADI ASSOCIATES - BANGALORE *** at 15.35 Hrs on 22 JULY 2015 today.
    He has collected the following
    1. Telenet Systems Pvt. Ltd. - CPE (Property of tikOna Digital Netwrorks) bearing the MAC ID - BC629F031D75
    2. PoE Device along with Adapter
    3. CAT 5 Cable - Sufficient Length used to connect the CPE with PoE Device
    4. Approx. 1-1.5 meter LAN Cable for Home Router Connectivity

    And has finally issued the CPE Removal Acknowledgment Letter as attached here.

    I still have the 'Ruckus router' (Tikona used to supply this earlier) and its CPE lying with me useless, however the LAN cable was of good use!
    I'm using that to connect the IP camera I've configured. I'm happy for that!

    Tikona Broadband had raised an inflated and wrong bill on disconnection of service. I requested them to clarify the same on their customer care. Instead of generating the right bill, they started harassing me through their so called legal advisors. Who by their way of talking seemed no more than goons/ recover agents. I spoke to their customer support team to stop this, they told that I pay whatever sytem generated bill is else I will keep getting such calls. So I have decided to lodge a Police Complaint. Here is my statement that I intend to handover to Police. Is this enough or should I add something more?

    Subject : Complaint regarding the following issues
    Harassment through Telephonic calls by unidentified persons
    My telephone number has been shared by Ms Tikona Digital Networks (TDN) with unidentified people based allegedly at Delhi.

    1. I have been receiving harassing and intimidating calls from unknown mobile numbers since past 5 days allegedly from advocates based at Thees Hazari Court Delhi.
    2. First a lady called me on 24 Jul 2015 (date may not be exact) and told that she is from Delhi Civil Authority and she is an officer from court and I have to pay for an unsettled bill else the court will impound all my Government Id Cards. Since I was in a hurry I told the lady that I’ll call her back in half an hour. She disconnected the call saying that I should meet her in court. Similarly another call came to me on 28 Jul 2015 that I have to pay Rs. 1260 a bill from Ms Tikona Digital Networks (TDN) else face court notice. I told the lady that the final bill as claimed by Tikona is flawed and I have intimated the same to the company on their customer care number. I further informed her that I would write back to them and pay the bill after resolution of the matter. I accordingly wrote a mail to Tikona and asked them to clarify again.
    3. However, it became a nuisance when a person identifying himself as Advocate Devinder Chouhan started making continuous calls to me from different numbers viz., 9650466886, 9910259394, 9910537335, 9599684544, 8527224808, 9650182031, 9820789886. This person would call me and insult me and tell me that I should pay the money right away else he would keep troubling me. When I told him this is an offence, he dared me to give a Police Complaint and started asking me if I’ve given a complaint and was the FIR number. This despite of me telling him that I’ve raised the issue with Tikona and am awaiting for their reply.
    4. Further, I called Tikona Customer care and told them to stop these calls and resolve the billing issue. After listening to everything, two customer care executives Mr Rashid and Santosh (the names as told on phone) told me that I should just pay the money else I will continue to get such calls. When I demanded them to tell me with who all they have shared my phone number on what authority, they told me that it was none of my business and I just have to pay the money.
    5. This is clear case of criminal intimidation and harassment of a former customer over phone, that too through goons in the guise of legal authorities.
    6. I request you to kindly register an FIR against the unknown callers who made calls from the mobile numbers 9650466886, 9910259394, 9910537335, 9599684544, 8527224808, 9650182031, 9820789886 and Ms Tikona Digital Networks (TDN) for sharing my number with others to threaten and intimidate me and to force me to pay the amount that they claim.

    I had a similar problem with Airtel mobile and their recovery agents started calling every number I had called and told them I had a pending bill. It was well out of order. I had disputed a bill and they accepted it was a mistake on their part and that they would correct it in the next bill but they never did so I stopped paying and then started these calls. I told them very politely that if they want to send a legal notice then please do so as I do not intend to pay money thet I do not owe. There were a few phone calls which I answered with beep beep beep *(%^*&#@$&#$*#$(%&#&T%* and more #$%&*%$&^#^&%$&. Call stopped after they realised that I had more beep beeps to offer then they did.

    It is wise to file a complaint. Do not pay anything if you dont owe them money. Ask them to send whatever they have to say in writing. Dont provide your address if they dont already have it because we dont know if it is indeed Tikona or someone else.

    If it is indeed Tikona then tell them to send what they have to in writing and reply in writing too. Don't discuss over the phone. If some one threatens you just register a complaint and possibly record the call.

    End of the day please remember you are not a murdered or a terrorist. You should not be scared of the law, those people should be not you.


    I am hoping that Modi government will do something about this recovery agent menace we have going on in this country.

    Thanks for the prompt reply. I completely agree with you.
    Tikona does not reply to mails promptly. I made multiple calls to them to stop this nuisance because these guys were continuously calling and troubling me. By evening this guy called me and spoke to me rather in an apologetic tone because by then I had demanded the the authority by which Tikona had shared my numbers. Don't know whether it has stopped or not. But I intend to take this ahead to tell them that this is unacceptable.

When I demanded them to tell me with who all they have shared my phone number on what authority, they told me that it was none of my business and I just have to pay the money.
    5. This is clear case of criminal intimidation and harassment of a former customer over phone, that too through goons in the guise of legal authorities.

I request you to kindly register an FIR against the unknown callers who made calls from the mobile numbers 9650466886, 9910259394, 9910537335, 9599684544, 8527224808, 9650182031, 9820789886 and Ms Tikona Digital Networks (TDN) for sharing my number with others to threaten and intimidate me and to force me to pay the amount that they claim.
