my name is suresh and taken the tikona connection(username 1104319861 )with
1300 rupees (for 3 months)and paid to sales executive and i have the original receipt.
suddenly i got the call from customer care and saying the my due is pending 966 rupees and they are saying i paid only 1000. how it was happened? how was there adhoc process?
no PROPER customer care and even they don't have customer database.they are asking me the agent name and number? fortunately i have original bill, if i don't have then ..??
i sent 10 email to customer care and then only they created the retention (DISCONNECT)(case..1-2035272333) and i verified today(16th dec 2011) and the case is showing that its closed on 15th dec. i don't know how was it happened? TODAY MORNING ALSO I SENT EMAIL FOR DISCONNECT. STILL I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE REPLY
