I had opted for TIkona 1 month back, and already paid Rs 1200. It does not work most of time during the day.
THEIR BROADBAND services in PUNE are worst, i have opted for 512 kbps plan however actual speed is 1 KBPS. When I've requested to disconnect services on 21st DEC-11, no one has contacted so far. Already mailed & called 1800-20-9427 support multiple times but no one responded. Their agents have bad habit to keep customer on hold forever OR drop the calls. I have recorded all the conversations with tikona sales/support on my mobile, the sales person said that amount is refundable if services does not work. Instead they have kept generating monthly bills & NO reply received on mails sent to customercare at tikona . in
