Thread: How to access tikona Wifi on my Nokia E63

Hello Gurus,

I am using the Tikona Wifi at home and wanna access it through my Nokia E63 phone.
Request someone to let me know the settings that need to be done in order to be able to access the Tikona WLan?

Option A:

Talk to CC Tikona and enable WIFI mode for your laptop/phone, ( Rs 75/PM and deposit Rs 1500/= I think) 4 wifi systems can be activated.

Option B:

if you can "DO It Yourself" you have to buy a wifi router ( approx Rs 1500/=)
( for example )Netgear wgr614 Vx and try to get wifi mode
Connect the Rj45 from Tikona to WAn port Of Netgear WIFirouter.
Select Dynamic IP. other settings etc .

Confirm option. .

I already am using Wifi on all my laptops. Using the router provided by Tikona.

the problem is setting up the Nokia phone to access WLan.
Kindly help.

(Probably they are using tr_069 client and remotely controlling the settings )
Ask CC to set the MAC address for your Phone ( (if within 4 systems allowed )

hey, first of all check wifi network available in mobile. Look for tikona wifi if its showing then just connect with it , if not then just add a new network tikonawife dont add space between tikonawifi and security select AES ok and then try to login if this doen't work u have buy some personal router by the which plan ur using if ur using tikona unifi plan call tikona cc ask for help they have to in unifi plan they have to set it for u
