    Exclamation Complaint against Tikona

    Hello sir,
    My complain is against Tikona Broadband connection. I have requested Tikona to disconnect internet connection on 28th Aug 2011 and send a mail regarding this to customercare(as custom care ppl told), but they did not disconnect internet connection and whenever i called them they said your request is under process, but when there is billing date they called to pay bill (as they told that your connection is still active).

    I told Tikona billing department people regarding this but they told me to pay bill for the month as internet connection is still active and we (Tikona) will send Tikona person to collect modem within 2-3 days and there is no need to pay for next month. But since Tikona have this habit to cheat customer they did not send any person to collect modem.

    During this time i called Tikona custom-Care many time and they told me to talk with sr.person I waited for 1/2hr on call but none of them replied. After calling so many times to Tikona custom-care.

    In this process sept, Oct, Nov ended. Since Tikona is much concern about their billing date so i got their bill for the month of November 2011, as was frustrated by Tikona so i did not pay bill but i got a call from Tikona on last billing date (3rd Dec 2011) to pay the bill, i told them same old story and i got same old reply. So Tikona billing person told me that pay bill for the month and do not use internet so there is no need to pay bill for next month.

    I did the same thing and went for another vender for internet connection. But for my surprise again i got bill for the month. Now I have not used their internet connection how can they ask for payment of bill?

    Also i have another question, i have applied for Tikona internet connection on 19th July 2011 and i actually got internet connection on 22th July 2011.But billing date start from 19th-19th of month. When i applied for disconnection of connection on 28th of August 2011 then why 28th Aug date is not consider for disconnection by Tikona?

    My another question is that they take 2-3 days for installation
    But when it comes to disconnection why they took so much time?

    Please suggest me what action is should take against Tikona as I am getting call from Tikona to pay bill for the month for which i have not used internet.

    I gave them the disconnection request last Dec 2010. Still now no one came,. and I still have the modem and the thing they fixed at the roof.

    They are a bunch of a$$ holes. Forget the money if you paid in advance.
    They still owe me 2000INR.!

    Default Tikona - Bad Customer Care

    I started using Tikona from December. They asked initial payment of 1500 and First month I'll not get bill. But unfortunately I got a bill with different amount in online and different amount in SMS.. There were discrepancies in Due date as well.

    I called the customer care. I never had a worst experience like this before. I tried around 100 times.. all the 100 times no one picked the call

    But they gave a statement
    'For Billing Enquiry Call Tikona Care @ 1800-20-94276'

    I called to the Tikona Marketing guy.. He gave two numbers 9092408385 & 9176633883. They reply was fantastic. He asked me to call after sometime.

    So now, I decided to disconnect Tikona. Can anyone tell what is the procedure to disconnect TIKONA?

    Default Regarding speed problem

    Iam currently residing in noida iam iam using plan which should give a speed of 2mbps, which works ok till 4 pm in the afternoon but after that as the time progresses speed goes down and down and at 8:00 pm it becomes impossible to open my gmail account...


    why this is happening...

    This is the first time a cryptic reply has been posted in the FORUM itself!
    because they are demanding payment for the last block of billing period.
    If you notice earlier posts, they ask for connection details cell phone number to contact the user directly, or ask user to send email.

    Carefully avoiding disconnection problem/question. .

    I had call regarding internet problem and spoken officer nitin ghare he had gide me very well and i m fully surticified the way he guided .
    before this i had call but thatgirl had disconected call i was very disapointed but nitin had given good guided
