    Red face Tikona is not disconneting my account since 4 months request sent

    Dear Sir/ All,


    I have given request for disconnection 4 months earlier. and mail sent to customer nodal.maharashtra. for more than 200 times but it seems they have not yet disconnected.

    I am no more using and have moved to some other provider.


    What should I do. I have called customer care 500 times but they say to send the mail to customer care only. I have lost my patience.

    Delete your cellphone number. to avoid spam. Also Against forum rules.
    send email as listed in this forum by @tikona.services
    Create written records./ send reminders
    Tikona may present a big bill later !!!
