    Angry Tikona broadband....worst experience ever

    tikona people are really fraud...sheer cheaters..
    the guy who did booking was after my life to get money and he himself installed the braodband...
    though i told him not to install device on neighbour'sbuilding then too he did that and i asked why u r not installing on my building...he replied no signal is there on ur building....
    my connection worked only on the night it was installed and after that there is no network access...
    after complainingtotech. dept they sent some dumb engineer and he told connection is not feasible and i was told when such thing happens they will return my money...
    i have been calling them for past 15 days twice thrice may b four times daily...they are unable to address my issue....
    never go for tikona....they are fraud

    i have been calling customer care many times daily and asking people to schedule a call for me from diconnection department.
    everytime they tell we have scheduled a call back for u...but everytime the promise is fake..
    my issue is not yet resolved..and what does it mean u cannot live upto customer'sexpectation....u should atleast be honest in providing services u promise...
    i havent used the connection at all...only it worked for one day...i want my refund...

    Yes I can say it as one of the worst Broadband connection in globe. As becoz i have taken a new connection from last 10 days with aplan of 2 mbps. But from the day 1 itself I never got a speed of 2 mbps. Even from last 2 days I am getting a speed of 200-300 kbps. Regarding this I have called customer care many times. Everytime they are saying ur issue will be resolved very soon, but result is the same. So I would prefer to say all the guys over here not to take this Tikona connection.

    Same here it is the worst connection my user id is 1106179212. Even if you save my detail nothing will happen as I am not going to continue the services with tikona. Pathetic connection don't even go if you get it for free.

    My User ID is 1106098776; I would like to personally appreciate the technical support provided by Tikona executive MR.Vishal Deshmukh. From yesterday I was not able to login and if I get login in then my net was working slow. Sometimes I was not able to get signal to my device. But after getting step by step guidance from TIKONA executive I was happy that my issue got resolved permanently.
