    Default Tikona - Blackmailing from Legal department of Tikona

    I too faced the same problem which was in another post regarding disconnection of service and getting bills.

    I have disconnected my service on Jan 6th as i was shifting my house and i have paid all the dues till Feb 2nd. I have sent a mail to customer care regarding disconnection also, yet iam receiving calls for payment of the other months Feb - May of this year. I have complained several times, but no action taken.


    Finally today i got a call from legal department of tikona that they will take this matter to court if dont pay my dues. It is very sad that we are being harassed for they not having a proper system in place. What i dont understand is everyone (in tikona) knows that i have disconnected and paid my bills till my last date yet trying to extract more money by some means.

    I never expected that they will go to such low level.

    Oho!! They do have a legal dept? Another bunch of idots. Lol!
    Dont worry, the guy who called you wont get the paid for his job. He'll quit Tikona with in a matter of days. He might be a newbie.

    Dear Tikona,

    I have an account on tikona, i.e.1102531163. We have suffered with network since 2 hours. Then i called to tikona customer care. Mr Navin Surana has given instructions to solve our problem. At last we got internet. So we are very happy with his instructions.

    I’ve never sent any feedback but today your executive “MR. Vishal” from TIKONA technical support helped me to resolve my problem. He has a lot of knowledge and communicated in a nice and friendly manner. So your service is appreciated!!

    Hi to all genuine members of India Boradband Forum,
    Read carefully following reply,
    This looks like a fake reply from one of the Tikona employee, since i have seen exactly same type of reply immediately after somebody posts a REAL (read extremely horrible, worst) experience and everytime the user name is also changed.
    Beware this is also one of the pathetic malpractice of tikona.

    Both of them were posted from the same IP address. Now I am not saying Tikona staff or someone hired by Tikona is doing it but what are the chances of two people using the same IP address coming to this forum and posting in the same thread?

    Further, why would a Tikona user (Daljit) saying "Thank you" should be using a different ISP and not Tikona. The user "tikona.services" should at least be using Tikona as the ISP.

    Oh Really...This shitty company helped you....lol....what a joke.

    you better know this company is all scammers.
    They will delibarately not serve your request for disconnection for months after your disconnection request.
    Every month you will get false bills even if you have already disconnected and communicated for disconnection.


    And one fine day ..probably after 6 months or 1 year you will get a call from Tikona So called "Legal Department" that they are going to file a case in Delhi legal court against you else you pay the such and such amount. you refuse then you will have to pay hefty penalty ...etc etc.... they will claim themselves as lawyer. They are not lawyers but they are infact Tikona Recovery agent who call you to threaten and extort money this way.

    How illegal and scammer the company has become...
    Go to Hell Tikona.

    And dear friends do not pay attention to these so called lawyers (recovery agent) calls...."Do charr Bhaddi bhaddi gaaliyan de kar phone cut kar do"
    .

    Nothing will happen bcoz they are in real not lawyers.

    Smile and be awake and put ppl awake. Donot take tensions.
