    Default Tikona Broadband is generating bill even after months back disconnection

    Hi,

    I am very much disappointed with the tikona services (customer ID was:1104827199 and disconnection request number was: 1-2113812293) , In my previous conversation with customer care where I had complained on bill even after I had got it disconnected long back (in January 2012). Today (3rd May 2012) I got another bill from tikona, now it is becoming unbearable to me. After my last email; customer care called me in April and convinced me that this will not happen again. Even after a month and half this mis-chief has been started again.

    This is a strong message from my side to stop this mishap on urgent basis, Please don't give me any chance to move to consumer court on this matter.
    I have full and final settlement copy with me where it says I have got the tikona connection with no dues on me.

    We are grateful that your service request was brought to our attention and we appreciate your perseverance in settling this matter. Our team has gone through the details, and as per their update, account is terminated as per customer’s request. Billing details are as follow,

    1) 26 Nov 2011 to 25 Dec 2011 --- usage was around 8 GB --- Billing amount Rs 569.
    2) 26 Dec 2011 to 25 Jan 2011 --- usage was around 7 GB --- Billing amount Rs 575.

    Hence there is outstanding bill from customer side. As customer has not paid the bill from Jan ,there is addition of Late payment fee in total outstanding.
    Kindly pay the bill to settle the account.

    For me it looks like the same person who posted from two similar posts on another forum from two user accounts, both first posts of the account, with 6 mins gap, fromt he same IP.

    Probably a Tikona person or a person paid to do so.

    Yeah this Amarnath seems to be fake, he posted in my thread too.
