I am very much disappointed with the tikona services (customer ID was:1104827199 and disconnection request number was: 1-2113812293) , In my previous conversation with customer care where I had complained on bill even after I had got it disconnected long back (in January 2012). Today (3rd May 2012) I got another bill from tikona, now it is becoming unbearable to me. After my last email; customer care called me in April and convinced me that this will not happen again. Even after a month and half this mis-chief has been started again.
This is a strong message from my side to stop this mishap on urgent basis, Please don't give me any chance to move to consumer court on this matter.
I have full and final settlement copy with me where it says I have got the tikona connection with no dues on me.
