I want to narrate my experience with Tikona broadband installation experience.
On 6th i have subscribed the 849 plan of tikona online. During interaction and in T & C it was mentioned that the installation will be done after 3 days from the realization of the subscription amount which i paid online on 6th june 2012.
My Area: Near Kundanahalli Gate Signal, Bangalore.
I waited till Saturday there was no response, i called up tikona care but they keep telling me that your connection will be installed ASAP. 'ASAP' OMG...after hearing that i was wondering this is the response they give to customers after getting money from them.
At least it makes sense to tell it takes n number of days as the customer wont be expecting before that. That minimum common sense and business etiquette should be there to communicate with user properly.
Much to my surprise few times my call has been disconnected after they kept me on hold for so many times.
MY SRF No is 70000000375559. I have received the User name and Password as well. Dont know who to escalate and in how many days my connection will be given. I am in Urgent need because of my Office work. After reading the reviews i am scared.
