Help!! Help!! Help!! Not even opening the LOGIN PAGE http://1.254.254.254

I am a new user of TIKONA, this is my first day of use it worked nice for the evening ,can somebody help me because my speed is very slow thou i m useing 599 plan wich has 2 mbps of speed but its not even opening the login page now,it just shows loading ..........I called CC guys but they not up to the mark...they were not able to resolve....please help..

A quick question?
What made you take Tikona at the first place? Did you see the reviews here? If have paid the money in advance, forget it. Else, its time to seek for a new service provider.

I just want to get out of this...took this connection on june 1st ,installation done on 12th june,It worked for 3 4 hrs after that its totally dade...don't want this connection any more...lesson learned ....horrible experience

Raised a SR 1-2352544891 for fix but dosen't matter i am going to raise another for disconnection

No point dude. The call center are filled with idiots, speak to them technically, and you'll realise the standards. Chai walas from railway platform. If you have enough time to spare, try approaching the consumer court. I dont know how to lodge a complaint there, else I would have done that a long time before. All we can do is spread the word TIKONA = AIDS. Use proper protection, and dont let those guys come near your door bell again!
