Customer Care service from tikona is the worst I have even seen so far. I have been using ADULM1024 (for which you make advance payment).I had already sent them a mail regarding disconnection on 20th August and they are calling me again and again to pay my pending Bill. Why should I pay for advance amount when I am asking for disconnection. Below is my Bill details generated on 15th August.

According to the Bill details I have to make the main payment for 15-08-2012 to 14-09-2012. And I have asked them to disconnect my connection on 20th. Pathetic service from tikona for last two months that made me finally disconnect it. And the customer Care executive was like threatening me to pay the bill or I will have to face the consequences.
