There after sales service is worst in the world i guess, here is brief what we faced with tikona's broadband
We fed up of tikona’s slow internet connection so finally we called your customer care services on 14th September 2012, one customer care guy said that there is some problem in our access point, we will resolve your problem in 24 hours, since 2 day’s already passed and nobody shown up so I called again on 16th September 2012 and again the same reply that there is problem in our access point we will resolve it within 24 hours, on 17th September 2012 one guys from your tech support team called me and asked me that is there any need to come there , I said yes our internet connection is very slow please check, he said I will come in the evening but in the evening nobody came up. Again on 20th September I called again and your customer guys give a shocking news that your request is already closed, I am amazed to know that without resolving the problem how can someone closes my request , then I told your customer car guy that our problem is didn’t resolved yet so please resolve it. 22 September 2012 internet is completely went off the I called again then one of your customer guy said that there is some problem With lan and we will send our support person to resolve the matter and from that day 22nd sep to this day 24th sep I called 6-8 times sometimes they hung up our phones. Still nobody came to our house to resolve the matter.
