I am a subscriber of Tikona wireless broadband from April 2012. In the mid of July I faced the connectivity issue. After complaining a lot of times and registered a disconnection request on 1-Sep-2012, the issue got solved but the disconnection request is still in progress. After one month, the same issue started again from 20th Oct 2012. I registered a complaint on 22-Oct-2012. Till date(28-Oct-2012) they have taken no action. On 26-Oct-2012, I have mailed regarding this issue to firstname.lastname@example.org, till now no response. On calling their tool-free number, I was informed every time that the complaint is in progress and will get resolved within 24hrs.
This is the worst ISP in India I ever seen.
