I would like to share current experience with TIKONA BROADBAND at Singhgadh Road, Pune.
In september, I applied for the TIKONA Broadband, but the DEMO engineer rejected the application because of week signal.
So When I saw recent advertisement near my building I called the Sale person who Promised me good quality service.
After my application on 24th Oct 2012, The DEMO and installation was done at my place on monday 29th Oct 2012.

On same night I paid 3,300 rupees for 1 MBPS quarterly Plan. and I was promised that i will receive the password within 1 hour.
Since then I have called 3-4 times to customer care .
But there is no update on the complaint.
As a new user I was expecting that company will solve this issue on priority but looks like they dont care about providing service to the customer.
It has been frustrating experience dealing with the customer care as they are not providing solid solution for my problem.
