I have used tikona for almost 2 years but have faced many problems and the network they are providing is not better, very poor and completely unsecure in terms of connectivity. You will never get the perfect speed according to your plan.
I am 100% dissatisfied with tikona connectivity. I had 2 accounts of tikona and now I have requested to close both of them. I have faced lots of problem with their services which no one can afford such problems likes if you have any problem with your connectivity and when you will need call to the customer care then they will say that they will need 48 hours to fix the problem. This is just waste of time because meanwhile we can't do any activity over internet. And not surety that tikona engineer will come at your home or premises in 48hours and will fix your problem. Sometimes we need to call again customer care for the same problem and again you will have been said from that it will take next 48hours. This is just ridiculous service. So we do need to wait for 48+48 hours and still we canít aspect for any problem resolution.

I was using tikona broadband for my company so always have to keep external dongle for connectivity. As I remembered now I was needed to call tikona care 5 to 6 times in just 30 days. Due to this all problems i have also lose my some of clients and business because when i had a meeting with client tikona was never working at premises. As I remembered I had only attended only few meetings in successful otherwise rest of them I was always been disconnected with tikona internet. And now I switched with another provider and then after i have never faced any problem or disconnection with internet.

Why have I used this my valuable time to write this review because I don't want that you will also face any problem such as i have faced with tikona. So I prefer never go with tikona and their billing system & department & also their executives are useless. You will never expect the solution of your problem. I have already given the disconnection request in the first week of this month for my account but still I haven't received any resolution and they keep generating my monthly bills. I have called them and wasted my valuable time for 5 to 6 times and need to explain whole story again every with their executive and they never will have your record of your last conversation or note. Their executives do not have email access which is completely nonsensical and that's why we never get resolution instantly. They don't have right information regarding your problem and sometimes i felt that their executive has been on service without any kind of knowledge about their system and completely lack of training. So just think that how can they resolve your problem?
