I am staying in pune. I have applied for Tikona Broad band service in the year 2011. When the tikona representative came he said that this is the first connection in this area and he need to check the speed. After checking he confirmed that we will get good speed. We took an unlimited connection. But then speed was very very slow. We called the representative and he confirmed that we are not getting speed. Moreover we put our complaints to customer care but no body replied from their side. Then we took a decision to remove this connection and to use other alternative. We used the connection for 1 month only and then we asked tikona representative to remove the connection. Also we had requested online request for disconnecting. Then after 1 more month they disconnected the connection.
Now after almost 2 years I have received a call from a lawyer representing tikona broadband stating that I have been summoned in Delhi court for non payment of my tikona broadband monthly rental for 2011.
Where were the company's representative when I was being harassed by complaining again and again. Now after almost 2 years they have awakened.
What kind of a company is this they dont care for their customers and now they are after consumers for extorting money?
I had asked the representative to disconnect the connection. This is not my fault if he failed to do so. What about the commitments from the company?? They didnt admit their mistake and have now started harassing me once again. This is pathetic.
Please look into this matter and resolve this asap. I have seen several other complaints on this forum where other customers are also being threatened for no faults of theirs. If there is no fault of mine why should I make payments ?
Otherwise I will have to appeal to all broad band users please think number of times before you go for TIKONA broad band service.
