Worst experience with Tikona Broadband Services

    Default Worst experience with Tikona Broadband Services

    I am staying in pune. I have applied for Tikona Broad band service in the year 2011. When the tikona representative came he said that this is the first connection in this area and he need to check the speed. After checking he confirmed that we will get good speed. We took an unlimited connection. But then speed was very very slow. We called the representative and he confirmed that we are not getting speed. Moreover we put our complaints to customer care but no body replied from their side. Then we took a decision to remove this connection and to use other alternative. We used the connection for 1 month only and then we asked tikona representative to remove the connection. Also we had requested online request for disconnecting. Then after 1 more month they disconnected the connection.
    Now after almost 2 years I have received a call from a lawyer representing tikona broadband stating that I have been summoned in Delhi court for non payment of my tikona broadband monthly rental for 2011.

    Where were the company's representative when I was being harassed by complaining again and again. Now after almost 2 years they have awakened.
    What kind of a company is this they dont care for their customers and now they are after consumers for extorting money?

    I had asked the representative to disconnect the connection. This is not my fault if he failed to do so. What about the commitments from the company?? They didnt admit their mistake and have now started harassing me once again. This is pathetic.

    Please look into this matter and resolve this asap. I have seen several other complaints on this forum where other customers are also being threatened for no faults of theirs. If there is no fault of mine why should I make payments ?
    Otherwise I will have to appeal to all broad band users please think number of times before you go for TIKONA broad band service.

    I had shared a similar story with me which ruined my daily life for last few months handing extortion calls from TIKONA. today they called me after I posted on this site.

    Called me to ask why they were not able to help me till date and kept harassing me. They promised that they will try not to harass me further. I said there is no question of TRY they must not harass any person with bills and nasty calls who are not their customers. I asked for a No Dues Letter in writing which must be sent within a reasonable time. They promised they will do something about it.

    I will keep you posted whether they are ready to shun with the extortionist attitude.

    I strongely recommend you to stay away from TIKONA (Triangle with no exit). I bought a pre paid connection more than a year back which worked for no more than 1 month. I paid 3500 Rs for 6 months. I was attracted to cheap price. I was using AIRTEL and switched to TIKONA (Triangle with no exit) , there started the horror of my life. I am still being haunted by this company with arbitrary bills, refusal to close the account and perhaps making my id being used by a third unidentified party. After constant harrasment by TIKONA (Triangle with no exit) recently I started to do research on the working of this company and came to know that I am not alone there are a number of victims being traumatized by TIKONA (Triangle with no exit). If you are really trying to be suicidal, go for TIKONA (Triangle with no exit)

    BSNL is the best. They never fail to keep their promises after all people still have faith in the govt. The cheap price tag is not everything. Just like you will prefer Nokia over a china mobile.
