I bought a new Sony Bravia few months ago, and wanted to use it for watching movies online. I'm using Tikona broadband. But I dint know how to connect my wifi router to the TV. So I called up the Tikona customer care for guidance on how to connect internet to my new smart TV. The customer care agent listened to me and my concern and started guiding me through the procedure to connect my TV with internet. I wasn't able to understand a few things but she patiently guided me through the process. At last, I was able to configure my internet wifi router with TV, thanks to her quick and patient instructions. It is good to see tikona customer service people to know about such technical things in detail. They are very well trained.
