    Default Tikona WiFi Hotspots

Tikona will be planning to launch 30,000 wifi hotspots in India, and this will happen over a course of five years. In the beginning Tikona will start with 10,000 hotspots which they wish to cover in the next 18-24 months

Tikona reviews have never been good, so I don't think customers are expecting a lot.

Can say its a good move by Tikona, but whether this will bring them more customers have to see, but just looking at their number of negative reviews doesn't seem things will go good for Tikona.

If there services dont work properly, how the hell will their WiFi hotspots work?

Another business strategy. . . Some customers (who are new to Tikona) might opt for it. Rest (including me) would not even think of it. 3G services on mobiles are so cheap, that you dont need a WiFi, unless it cheaper than what the mobile operator charges!

It just proves that they are not really bothered about the customer queries and that these responses are automated and who ever is dealing with this is just posting the replies and not even bothered about what has been written by customers.

    Tikona Care,

You are not reading what members have written and just posting copy paste responses. I have warned you guys before not to do this on this forum. We are not zombies on this forum and know what you are doing here. Please quit copy pasting and read messages for a change.
