As the broadband service is continuously "absent" from around 15-days (contacted the customer care/ service guy multiple times) , i'm hereby requesting you to discontinue my service as soon as possible and stop generating the "bills" for non usage hereafter.

Kindly undertake my humble request, do the needful and let me know for any clarifications.
