naah i meant visit in march april may or sept oct nov these are the best months rest june july rainy season landsline so always roads blocked and dec,jan,feb heavy snowfall so again roads will be blocked and pretty sleepery and its gonna be pretty cold.In short, june july are the best months, arent they!

welcome and about discount well circuit house are govt guest house for VIPs and bureaucrats anyways they are discounted dont cost more than 50 bucks room rent.

I have spent three years of my life there while i was a kid after that kept on visiting on and off sometimes to show off to all my assamese frens in guwahati that see i am from arunachal as in i used to take 'em along with me.
oh i missed ur where about tawang part sadly u arent aware about an integral part of india which was under china's capture for 2 months in 1962 indo-china war. well not ur fault most of the people outside north east are ignorant about the fact that there is a part called north east in india consisting of 8 states :-).
