Its been raining since two days in North India in almost all parts including NewDelhi where the temperature before the rain started was 43 degrees celcius but right now the mercury is at 26 degrees celcius and my airconditioners are taking a bit of rest after running nonstop for weeks together.I wont say its a good time to visit Newdelhi but its perfect for visiting hill stations in North India which include simla, Massurie and even Dehradun which isint exactly a hill station but is on the foot hills of the himalayas and has a lot of fresh water streams running from the himalayas.This time is also good for visitong places in Himachal pradesh like Manali, Kullu and Chamba where weather is very pleasent these days.
