    Would like to go abroad for my honeymoon..have travelled around India a lot.
    Bangkok is the only place I've been abroad...& one thing I can surely say is that they've got the worst food on the planet !

    is it....???? well Thai Food is really nice or prolly one needs to develop the taste....

    yes its a lil difficult if a person is a vege like me.....but non veges...specially sea food lovers.....thy jus love it there.......!!!!

    @ aashaka - Well you must have had the thai food they serve in restaurants here.
    Thats modified Indian thai, much like Indian Chinese.

    If you're veg, you'll find it very difficult there.Everything smells so bad.
    We had to live on McDonalds most of the time.

    Of course there are some good Indian/Pakistani restaurants too if you are able to find them.

    well i ve had food in typical thai restaurants .......n its jus yummm provided one has the taste n plus i had a hard time making em understnd wht not to put as thy put a lot of non veges as veg in the food!!!!!

    For me sea food stinks i cant stand n all of thailand stinks.....

    well yuck mc D is a total NO.....!!!!
    i wud nyday prefer Burger King, Wedny;s....
    Dont count wat u lost, cherish wat u ve & plan wat to gain...coz past neva returns but future may return the lost! Think-Decide-Act!!!!

    Agree wid u on that.They just don't understand any english...almost the whole of thailand.
    We went to a bank to exchange curentcy & had a hard time even there !

    its similar in malaysia.......apart from major towns no one understnds.....n even the hoardings n sign boards are of malay language only...

    IF U DONT AIM TOO BIG LIKE SWITZERLAND OR SOMETHING ... I HAVE A VERY GOOD SUGGESTION - ANDAMAN AND NICOBAR ISLANDS ... I HAVE BEEN THERE IN 2001 ... ITS REALLY HEAVEN ON EARTH ...

    the A&N isles as well as Lakshadweep represents nature at its best. can't compare with anything.
    BTW what r u supposed to "do" on honeymoon.

    I've been to A&N too...not too many sight-seeing places but good for relaxxing & enjoying nature.
    It has more places to see than Lakshwadeep I think.

    not too many sight - seeing places?? u must not have gone for a long tour ... have u been to jolly buoy,havelock,ross island,viper island,mayabandar etc???
