Thread: Honeymoon Vacations ?

I am 18 and I dont have any plans for a honeymoon soon but if you would have to choose , which would be your favorite destination to pass some awesome days with your wife ?

Personally I would chose Bora-Bora or Tahiti as they are really fantastic islands (I havent been there but I have seen pictures)

Also , if you are married please share your opinions where did you pass your honeymoon?

Tahiti is great, I have been there several times although not for my honeymoon.

It really depends what sort of place you are looking for.. You could go to some place in the Alps in Europe if you like snow and skiing and stuff or you could go the the Carebien islands if you like the sand and sun.

In Asia the best beaches as far as I know are in Mauritius and Seychelles but its very expensive to stay in a beach side villa or the once constructed over water with wooden ramps and all that.. one of those could cost you 500pounds a night upwards but if you do happen to go there its worth every penny if you can afford it

Besides that in India I like South India especially places like Kodaikanal and the back waters where people are very friendly and you never feel awkward or unwelcome when you are down there.

My choice will be night life of Las Vegas

Nightlife in Las Vegas? Never :-) Its a Dessert city and after 2 Days you get bored. (And lost all your money in the casinos)

Try an island in Greece or a nice trip to France (Paris the city of love).

LOL@ Vegas.. isint a bad choice for a bachelors party though

If you are planning your honeymoon in india, I would definitely suggest you to try Munnar in Kerala, an excellent place to be on honeymoon, Very mild climate and super cool scenaries and you will get all the privacy you needed in most of the places too. It is a must place to visit for all too.

I am getting married next month and will be honeymooning in Canary Islands

Congratulations in advance hardik84 and I will have to say that you have choosen a very posh destination they have some very high end properties in there. Have you booked your accommodation yet? and where if you have already..

I will be spending some time in Barcelona, booked at Majestic there (its my honeymoon, I can splurge a bit )
While in the islands, I will be staying at two of them.. staying at an eco-resort in Tenerife island and a service apartment at La Gomera (everything else was already full)
Will def. post more details and review on my return

the canary island are beautiful. Especially Tenerife. The city Barcelona is very nice too and has a fascinating nightlife. (Discotheques, Bars etc.)

You will have a nice Honeymoon

As i wrote before i prefer the Greek islands like Mykonos, Santorin etc.

I do not think that people go to honeymoon at the age of 18 years and more over honeymoon is supposed to be after the marriage.

I think Maldives is a beautiful place to visit and perfect place for honeymooons

Yeah, especially with lady-luck on a man's side... It will be thrilling to bet...

Personally I would prefer Nainital or Manali in India... Or Alps in Europe... Any chilling place where I can get cozy with my spouse and don't get out of my honeymoon suite for 1st 1 week atleast... Afterall its honeymoon... Sight-seeing can take back-seat for a while...

I am planning to go to Singapore or Hong Kong for my vacation soon, may it be a honeymoon or not.

Europe would be a good place, too.

I went on a cruise for my honeymoon, it was all inclusive too, except for the excursions. I would recommend it to anyone, you get to see some amazing places.

Wow. Nice choice. A night in Las Vegas would be like a year of fun. I love that place. Full of everything that you could ever wish for.

Well, there are a lot of places that are suitable for honeymoon vacations.

Others place good for honeymoons in India are Nainital and Goa.

Malaysia, Hawaii and a anywhere in Europe is a nice place for Honeymoons too.

I ve got it all planned from my wedding to honeymoon....jus need a guy to get married tooo!

ummm my honeymoon wud be for sure in EUROPE....all around the continent!!!! wud start from UK as I kno the place...rent a car to belgium, holland, germany, than austria, Hungary, Croatia, Greece....see my frens.... (if time permits a mediterranean cruise ) back to austria, Italy, Vatican City, France, Spain n than Switzerland.....!!!!! Catch a flight back....!!!!! These is how i ve planned....Dis is atleast 1 month.....

But if its like 15 days I wud love to go to NZ n Australia !!!!! Thats next on the list......
