Go and spend a few days at Mclordgang where Dalai Lama lives near Dharamshala.
Its very peacefull and every one you see there will have a smiling face.

I just came back from there and I cant express how good it is in words.

You can simply just take a break from life and go to some peaceful and calm place such as hill station and just relax yourself, or even go to a place where there are spas, so you can get a good massage and release the tensions in life.

go to kerala, in allepey there are ayurvedic centres .

they will give you massages and spa to help you relax mentally and physically.

you can choose to stay in the peaceful resorts near the sea too.
