Rep Power: 10 | Depends what you are looking to do at the beach.. Most of the beaches are crowded but a few resorts have their own private beaches which is what most people like if they are looking to relax at the beach.

Rep Power: 2 | well yes relaxing at the beach is the important thing to do, apart from that i think a good enough beach where you can go for walks in the evening. But i think when going to Goa the idea of going to the resorts private beach is a good idea. |

Rep Power: 2 | Any other beaches which are not too far form city............which beaches are they the ones which you are talking about................just in case i do end up going Goa it would be good to consider them. Another question whens the best time to go Goa, i mean weather wise and a time when its not too over crowded, a little crowd is ok but not too much. Last edited by Preeti_20; 27-08-2008 at 11:13 PM. in goa there are lot many place to visit... if you want to see beaches you can go to mapsar and fromt here you can go to anjuna beach or sivolim and tricola fort... after that you can go to panjim and there is a good beach which is miramar and from this place you can go for sea cruise too.. and there is another option which is calungute beach and if you go towards north of calungute there is good family beach which is baga beach... after this you can go to north of goa there are some more silent and rock beaches like Morjim, arambol (these beaches are about 25-30kms from mapsar) and after this there are few more very beautiful beaches which are out of touch from tourism and tourists... which are kanyale beach, tricola, shiroda beach (here you can see a pine forest which is called suruchi bagh) after this if you want to move some more kms towards north then you can see a wonderful white sand beach named aravali beach... thats wonderful place where you can walk or can sit for hours and hours long... if you need some more info or help can tell me... i got lot many friends there in goa.. | |

Rep Power: 1 | I have visited goa couple of times if any body stay in North Goa then Mapusa and Candolim is the best spot and Calangute is the most popular beach although in session this beach is not very lonely compare to other north Goa beach Anjuna,Vagator,Fort Aguada this beach are rock beach.I prefer to stay in South Goa(Old Goa) I stay couple of time in Colva that is very good beach lonely and nearest beach Majorda is more lonly and silent and colva is near to the city Madgoan(7KM) also,If any body want any other information i can give more. |
