Jab yeh dhai kilo ka haath kisi pe padta hai na,
Toh admi uthta nahin uth jata hai..........
*********************************
1. "Men like my father cannot die. They are with me still - real in memory as they were in flesh, loving and beloved forever."
2. "We'll always have Paris"
3. "I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched c-beams glitter in the dark near Tanhauser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time like tears in rain. Time to die."
4. "Shocking! Positively shocking!"
5. "Well, a boy's best friend is his mother."
6. "I do wish we could chat longer, but I'm having an old friend for dinner."
**********************************
Theese are some of my most favourite quotes. They are right in the order i like them.
Lets see who knows which films they are from....
If someone warned me that i have only two more hours to live, i would find and see the first film in this list right then. I love that film so much. You dont have to live to learn about life. just watching that film will do.
3. Blade Runner
5. Psycho???
6. Silence of the lambs

never seen harry potter, so dont know about that.
Originally sean connery said quote 4 in "Goldfinger" after knocking a lamp into a bathtub to electrocute a bad guy. that scene has influenced many other directors to use the "reflection in the eye" shot over the 60s,70s and 80s.
Blade Runner has influenced almost every sf/fantasy film/tv-shows after 1982 in some way or other. Ridley Scott's adaptation of Philip K. Dick's novel "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?" has a very dark, brooding sense attached to it.
I Dont see anime.
2nd one is from Casablanca. Ingrid said those words in a very touching moment.
Now, the question is, which film is the first quote taken from??????
.
Ok here we go with some of my favorites-
1. "Keep your friends close, but your enemies closer."
2. "There is no point in living if you can't feel alive."
3. "I feel the need....the need for speed!"
4. "I do wish we could chat longer, but I'm having an old friend for dinner."
5."Do you know what's waiting beyond that beach? Immortality! Take it! It's yours!"
6. [Toasting]
"Lead Hero: To wives and sweethearts.
His friends: To wives and sweethearts.
Lead Hero: May they never meet."![]()
thats right, but which film is the first quote taken from???????
@itsmemad
quote 6 is great.where is it from?
1. It's an old saying. But I think it was used in The Godfather.
It was also used in Batman Anime series by Lex luthor I think.
2. James Bond (Don't remember the exact movie)
3. Don't know, but I like it.
4. No clue. From the style of saying, must be a really old movie.
5. I don't know.
6. No idea.![]()
cooool, I got 4 out of 6!
try this:
"I love the smell of napalm in the morning, it smells of victory"
classic quote.
from the same movie.
"I see a snail crawling on the edge of a straight razor"
-F
they are all familiar but I am going to guess
1. Godfather 2?
2. Scent of a woman?
3. days of thunder?
4. silence of the lambs
5. Dark City?
6. City Slickers?
-F
Yes, that was a great scene, Robert Duval is surrounded by
a group of soldiers and a bomb goes off very near and everyone
except Duvall dive for cover, while Duvall doesn't even
bat an eyelid and delivers this dialog.
I am thinking at that point that this guys is incredibly brave,
extrmely crazy or totally deaf ;-)
and Marlon Brando (Colonel Kurtz) said the second in the same movie.
