Many of you must of at least once seen that awful channel India TV!

The news channel which is less of a news channel but more of a gossip channel!

I suppose they have their own technique or way of telling news, and want to make it a bit different from the rest of the news channels, but i tell you some of their news stories are so bizarre, i actually wonder where they get their news from and whether it is real or not!

It was only yesterday i switched to their channel as i was browsing the channels, and the news was Salman Khan broke Shahrukh Khans hand!

Apparently SRK went on the show Oye its Friday, and Farhan Akther asked him what happened to your hand, an SRK said Salman shook my hand too hard (and he was laughing while he said it), and this became a news for India TV. They seriously think that Salman broke SRK's hand, and starting making out that Salman and SRK are big enemies!

The channel does make you laugh at their stories sometimes!

90% of news channels are worse than crap. I watch the following news channels only:

Times Now
NDTV India / NDTV 24x7
CNBC TV-18
NDTV Profit
DD News
Zee News
News X

I agreed with every word of yours, but why blame only India TV, pick any Hindi News Channel, they all the same.

I know this is true and these news channels are really funny and sounds like a social joke.
i watch BBC and CNBC only

my pick is zee news, but this india tv is the most ridiculous channel ever

these are all very good news channels, and also BBC!

Why is it that Hindi news channels always talk about crap? I mean is this what us Indians want, because it seems that way as they are providing us with it! And yes they do sometimes make a joke out of a news story too!

i think it is because from childhood we started reading Punjab Kesri Akhbaar

it is just to create hype and these ideots think that people like there crappy news channel.

I think, Hindi news channels believe, rightly or wrongly, that the common masses like the kind of sensational news...

Today did you hear how Star News was reporting the ICC Ranking and relegation of SRT to 26th rank.

To them, people like us are minority and consider us pseudo-elitist.

Good collection Manish where most of the Indian are facing lots of injustice and problem where news channels are doing what's they like to do they are trying to entertain the people for their business. Definitely most of the news channels are worse i only watch when they provide good and proper news(although very little time of the day).Accept India Tv because they hardly provide any proper news so i never watch that channel.

Not totally it but partially channels are using their most of the time for bolly news or gossips.Like just a few days ago couple of channel showed the entire program(1 hour special program in prime time) of 'making of one bollywood blockbuster movie' what we can say proper news or entertainment if they show 10-15 min for that then it can be say as part of the movie news but entire program with taking 1 hour

that's a point, generally the news they show is from rural places as well, which interests people who live in these areas, and you got to admit their news is different which isn't shown on any other channel!

INdia TV should be declared as a Comedy channel, as no real news comes on it.

Better watch Times Now instead

Listen to then one more comedy from IndiaTV...

few days back it showed that Dawood Ibrahim is suffering from Kidney failure and both his kidneys have failed and may die in few days. Terror Over for World.

And just 2-3 days back it showed back that Dawood is planning to get Ajmal Kasab killed and has even given a supari.

What more they speculated that Chota rajan can also kill him considering that chota rajan is a enemy of dawood?

What stupid piece of ****?
Does Dawood knew about these happenings?

A sensationalist TV channel. Dishing out bullshit most of the time like the astrology crap every morning and the doomsday predictions every once in a while.

Loved by terrorists because they know that this channel is loved by the guillible Indian population and thus a wider audience for whatever deadly jihadi propaganda they want to get across.

But you have to admit that this channel is addictive at certain times.

And yes, they are privy to the secret lives of most bollywood actors. Like they know what Ash and Abhisek talked about when to have their first child. They might even come out with a few cgi pictures of the "to be child" soon. Keep watching.
