Thread: Dance India Dance

Dance India Dance is a new reality dance show which is being shown on Zee TV on Fridays and Saturdays at 9.30pm.

Auditions are held in many different states in India and people come and perform on the platform given, and they either get through or they dont. The ones that get through are told to go to the Mumbai auditions, where they will be tested further.

I think its something like the Indian Idol procedure but for dance.

Today's first episode was good and there were some good dancers from Kolkota, the last boy was good, as well as this guy called Pritam! The girl Roja was also quit good but unfortunatly she could not get through because she was underage.

As usual its a copy of an American episode

This seems to be copied from "So you think you can Dance ?" Shown on AXN ... Why dont they have some creativity of their own

oh yeh, couldn't think of the name, thanks Eddy!

I know India shows no creativity, but it always starts from somewhere doesn't it, least this time the names a bit different!

well i ve seen so u think u can dance episodes ....n i dont think so any of the dancers can beat those ones the way they dance....its jus too good.....i really wonder ...m yet to watch this one....nyone knos whne i the repeat telecast of the same?

im not sure Aashaka, but i think it either maybe on Sunday afternoon, or next Friday! Will let you know when i find out the correct time!

Its every Fri and sat. 9:30 pm
