Thread: Uninor launches dynamic pricing for prepaid

Uninor launched a very new trend in India – Dynamic pricing. According to this Customers will get customized discounts i.e discounts will be according to their number of calls and location.

The Dynamic pricing concept is a very innovative one and will catch a lot of eye balls and create or accelerate the competition prevailing among Inidan telecom service providers.

The discounts will vary from a minmum of 5% to a maximum of 60% all on the basis of customers call time and locaton. The discounts will change with the changing locataion n hourly basis. Each tower will have its own discount rate. The discounts will be applicable on call charges of 50 paisa per call. Discounts rates can be easily checked by customers on their cell phones anytime. After a discounted call the customer will get a message on their screen displaying their discounted value.

This service will be available in Karnataka, tamil nadu and Andhra Pradesh for now with more locations added soon. This service is an amazing one and will maintaiu the user base of uninor and try to get new customers too. While all other Service providers are busy launching cheap GPRS rates here is a provider trying to stand out and this plan comes at a great time when MNP can crush providers .

Hope they don't croud around and pull the towers down....
