    Default Uninor in limited areas

When Uninor was launched, the rates were advertised in the newspapers and on their websites, which they still are, and they had very good calling rates in fact quite low as compared to other service providers. But what I think I fail to understand is why is it still 4 years down the line Uninor still not available in all of India. I wonder whether its because the Uninor mobile business is not doing as well as expected or any other reason?

There are so many othe successful and popular mobile service providers I think it would be hard for Uninor to match up to them, and I think the costs would be more than the profits gained if Uninor were set out to be launched in other circles.
