Thread: todays major problem happened with videocond2h

Today videocon dth suffering from major problem 'system hang'.
I am not able to open menu and on switching from one channel to other there is black screen and after 2 min message on screen as 'check ur dish, cable ,tv connection.
Not a single channel is visible with respective channel number.But on switching off and on of main switch to STB all favorite channel that i was set are visible but when i jump directly to channel number again there is black screen.
I have called local office for this problem he said everybody has similar problem and it could be solved until tomorrow morning.
Hopefully it will be all right tomorrow morning!

yes mr pradeep same problem with me BTW from which city? myself from hyd contacted CC....replied within 3 hours it will be solved...
