Thread: Problem with D2h

Hey All,
after being confused a long time i finally got d2h dvd,
every thing was fine from on time delivery to instillation.
But then problems arise from the very 2nd day.
The Hardware looks good but the major problem is that i got a current shock as the player isn't earth(ground) properly.
The player isn't manufactured by Videocon but by some other company.
the picture and sound was OK .at 1st i taught since my TV is old,
the sound is distorted but then when i checked the player i got a shock. i then checked my home line the were showing earth no AC OR DC current. probably that's why the sound was distorted.
called the d2h help line ,spoke to the tech guy he said the service agent will be there b4 three days. now lets c.(hope this is 1 in a million problem.)
The software is slow and takes time between channel change.
And the font of the info ,details etc are also too small.
Please advice

its has a problem with audio.. for some channels volume is too loud... and for some its low.. n the software is slow... but they are the cheapest dth provides... i think it will be improved in the coming days....

problem solved but not completely.
1 thing good abt the d2h is their service .after the complaint . 2 service engineers visited my place the very same day. so i was happy
but the guy couldn't do much as he said all DVD d2h , leak a dc current and nothing can be done abt it ,same for the font on all menu and channel info nothing can be done. he said the company is make note of these issue and might be rectified in future.
