Thread: Videocon Mobile

Videocon is a very well known company and have many of its products in the market. It’s not been so long that Videocon have launched their GSM mobile services in India. During the first phase of their mobile services launch Videocon aimed to cover 100 cities and towns across the country in 100 days. So far the Videocon mobile services have been launched in Tamil Nadu and Punjab and with time services will be launched in Haryana, Gujarat, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh and Mumbai.

Videocon mobile future plans include having a 2.75G EDGE GSM network, and their tariffs will start from 1 paise, which means they will have tariff plans suited for all kinds of customer and according to their affordability.

When the first news was out about Videocon mobile services, well it did come to a surprise, as you wouldn’t think that a company who sells household appliances would launch mobile services.

Videocon have invested a lot into making sure that their customer service is very efficient and that their customers stay satisfied with their services. Videocon will have eight customer service centres across India, and this will ensure that customers of any language can interact with the Videocon customer service team.

I haven’t yet come across anyone who has used their mobile service yet, so can not really put a point of view on anything as of yet. But lets hope their signal is better than other mobile service providers.

i think their is already alot of competetion in the market related to mobile network, and Videocon made wrong move here.

It does not have any good plans, nothing.

Yes you can go to there site but the the basic purpose of forum is to clear the doubts and to share knowlede so i advise you to check it and update here if you have any doubts.
