Zapak Digital Entertainment Limited, India’s number one online gaming portal announced, today, the ‘Zapak Gameplex Championship’ at the Zapak Gameplexes in Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad and Chandigarh.

Explanation of Format of the “Zapak Gameplex Championship”:

Format- Knock Out

Registration Amount
• Counterstrike – Rs 250 (For team)
• Flatout 2 & FIFA 07 – Rs 50 (Individual)

Match Timing
The Zapak Gameplex Championship would begin at 2 pm with 1 hour for Counter strike, 1 match for FIFA 07 (20 mins) and 1 Race for Flatout 2 (20 mins)
• 1 hour for Counterstrike
• 1 match for FIFA 07 (20 mins)
• 1 Race for Flatout 2 (20 mins)

Prize money
• Counter Strike - 10000 every city every week (8000 Rs for winner team 2000 for runner up)
• FIFA - 3000 every city per week (2000 Rs winner 1000rs runner up)
• Flat Out - 3000 every city per week (2000 Rs winner 1000rs runner up)

thats great to see...gaming scene in india is increasing every day...had only 3-4 cs servers 2-3 yrs back....just check today there are more than 30 cs 1.6 servers....so its awesome.....and this competition looks awesome.....

Well earlier another competition was held by Microsoft and that one was about Age of Empries. I love this game but i was late for registration or i would have surely participated in this competition.

Any Idea abt the next championship??
