Thread: 3g speeds

is there any way by which the company can reduce speeds in 3g connection or does it depend on the technology

why are the companies giving low speeds even though they are claiming that 3G speeds are upto 21.1 Mbps , I am using 3G on my laptop but am just getting a download speed of 100 - 110 kbps.

3g speed are up to 21 mbps.in that case they are giving only 3.6 mbps at the max.you can blame on our government where other country has 4G and we are still wondering 3G..

I am using Vodafone 3G since last 10 days and speed is great. However, it seems that the network still doesn't support 21mbps speed but 7.2mbps only. I tried with my Nokia C5 that supports 10.2mbps UMTS speed but reaching upto max 7mbps.

Upto now, Vodafone 3G service looks superior then BSNL 3G and even Tata Docomo. Congratulations to Vodafone!

I have a Vodafone connection in my mobile.It's such a awesome network,internet surfing and download speed.I really enjoy very much.So I think everyone can use it.
