I purchased a USB stick from vodafone store for about rs1500 few days ago with number 7838104144, but suddenly my usb stopped working, I even recharged it twice assuming that it could be problem coz of the insufficient balance with rs 500 each time but it didn't work at all. Then I took my laptop and usb to vodafone store and even called customer service million a times please refer to the complaint numbers 2217599888,2217766728,2218604977, I even have more but could not find it this time. Even called nodal office and other offices but no success and then started writing and complaining via e-mails and the worst part is nobody has yet reverted to my e-mails and no action has been taken yet. I am writing here not only because of the monetary loss but also because my patience has a limit,I purchased this for my business purposes and even my stress has a limit. I have to undergo pain, stress and no peace of mind. Even the people in vodafone store doesn't entertain the customer's properly, same is the case with their call center guys and even nodal offices. Trust me they are ruining such an awesome brand name. Due to few people the reputation of the entire brand is at stake.
I would like to suggest every individual to be very careful before purchasing vodafone usb now.
